General Details

All orders from our shop are processed within 2 business days (weekends excluded) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will be sent an email notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges will be calculated for your order and displayed at checkout based on your location.  We offer free shipping on all purchases from our shop unless otherwise indicated.

How to Check the Status of Your Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from our team which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

Please allow 2 business days for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected], or call us at  1-877-778-2748 with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
