Your Star Forever is committed to fulfilling your order to your satisfaction. Due to the policies of some of our suppliers, a return shipment must be processed and en route within 15 days from the date you receive any item you have ordered from our shop. Therefore, you should immediately inspect your order upon receipt and request a return and a refund within 7 days from the date it arrived.
To be eligible for a return and a refund, your item must be in the same condition it was when you received it: unused or unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. How to Initiate a Return

with the appropriate details and copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. If your request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
There are certain types of items which cannot be returned, like custom or personalized items, including a star dedication. However, if you inadvertently made a duplicate star dedication, we would certainly work with you and refund you for the duplicate purchase. Please note that we may not accept returns on sale items, to be determined at our discretion, and will not accept returns on gift cards. Damages and Other Faulty Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and help you resolve the issue. If you receive a damaged, faulty, or wrong item, Your Star Forever or the original supplier will bear the cost of the return shipping.
Change of Mind or Multiple Orders of Different Styles/Sizes, etc.
In most cases, due to the policies of many of our suppliers, if your order is not defective, damaged, faulty, or wrong in any way and you still would like to return it, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. For example, if, after receiving the item in good condition, you decide you no longer want the item, you can still return it within the time requirements for a refund, but you will be required to pay the cost of return shipping. Or, if you order multiple items of different styles and/or sizes so you can decide which one(s) you want to keep, you will be required to pay the cost of return shipping for items styles or sizes you do not want to keep. In such cases, Your Star Forever will provide you with the return shipping address, any you must initiate return shipping within 15 days of receipt of your product to receive a refund.
Our team will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Do not hesitate to contact us with any concern. We will be happy to discuss the matter with you so we can fulfill your needs to the fullest extent possible.
The fastest way to ensure you receive your order as desired is to contact us immediately, within 7 days of receipt, then return the item as outlined above. Once the return is accepted, you will need to make a separate purchase for the new item.
